Here's a chance for you to see our collection of pictures from our dance classes. Our dance programs are a great way to have fun, meet new friends, and get beneficial exercise in an enjoyable way.

Of course, if you were already involved in our programs, perhaps you will see yourself and/or recognize some of your friends in the photos. However, if we didn't have the pleasure of your company, WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK? Come and join us!

VOLUNTEER BENEFIT EVENT

Don't let it ever be said that City Recreation Workers and Volunteers don't get involved in special community events for a worthy cause. On Saturday and Sunday, September 9 & 10, Cheryl Jones, Christine Quan, and Margaret McEwan participated in the St. Margaret's Hospital 60Km Walk for Breast Cancer. The Walk began from the CNE and progressed through the City's streets and parks to Downsview, where there was a campsite setup overnight which marked the half-way point. On Sunday, the walk returned to the CNE as the second-half of the distance. Over $16 Million was raised. Click on the banner below to view some pictures of the Walk:
