for The Scarborough City Dancers, East District Parks & Recreation


 
 

 

 

The Scarborough City Dancers are comprised of seniors, older adults, and adults who register through Toronto Parks & Recreation for a variety of dance programs for classes given by me.

These classes usually run for a 9-week period, three times a year and part-time during the summer months. Currently, I have three programs operating: Country/Fun/Mixed Line Dancing, Clogging, and Line Tap. These programs are set up in both class instuction and drop-in format.

These programs are being offered at a number of recreation centers in the Scarborough area, as follows:

  • Ellesmere Community Centre
  • L'Amoreaux Community Recreation Centre
  • Oakridge Community Recreation Centre
  • Scarborough Village Recreation Centre

    Please note that additional information and full details on these and other programs can be found in the City of Toronto East District Parks & Recreation Guide available from most recreation centres, if it is not delivered to your door. These dance programs may be listed in The Guide under TWO different classifications: Arts & Heritage and Older Adults.
